The admin:

You the admin are able to control every aspect of the site. Submitted bills are held for validation by you before being posted live to the site.

You can control add/edit and delete any listing at any time.

Although there are many features built into this script you could easily change the look and feel of the site using the templates or "themes"

Those that are familiar with PHP and Mysql could easily add more functions to the software through the included plugins or "modules" design.
