Installation of the script is very easy after you upload over your server just follow the instructions.

  It’s a full youtube clone php script where you can upload videos and let people worldwide watch them using a flash player. It have an admin panel from where you can manage the site.

  In order for the script to work as you please your server must have ffmpeg and    ffmpeg-php.
